New service — LinkedIn outreach
We manage your team's LinkedIn profiles by hand — targeted connection requests, genuine engagement, and pitches written in your voice. You watch every number move in a live dashboard.
The problem & the fix
The tools that make outreach fast are the same ones that get profiles restricted. Here is what goes wrong, and what we do instead.
How it usually goes
Automation extensions and scrapers are exactly what LinkedIn’s detection looks for, and a restriction is not always reversible.
Copy-paste sequences get ignored, reported, and remembered. You only get one first impression with a prospect.
Asking your closers to prospect all morning is the most expensive way to do it, and it gets dropped the moment they get busy.
Once you are talking to hundreds of people a month, nobody remembers who said “circle back in two months”. The warm ones go cold while you chase new names.
Without tracking, “we’re doing LinkedIn” is a feeling, not a channel.
How we do it
No extensions, no scripts — a person working inside normal daily limits, so there is nothing to detect.
We run several approved templates side by side and track which ones actually earn replies. The winners get adapted to each individual — the losers get dropped.
Your team only shows up for the booked call. The daily grind is ours, and it does not slip.
Mark a lead to resurface in two weeks or two months and it lands on the operator’s list that morning. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
Accepted rates, reply rates, meetings booked — updated daily, broken down per profile.
How it works
This is exactly the process I run on my own profile. Nothing here is automated — the discipline is the product.
Titles, industries, company size, geography, disqualifiers. You approve the list before anything is sent.
A controlled daily volume from your profile, personalised to each person — never spun from a template.
We comment on and react to their posts, so your name is familiar before you land in their inbox. Almost everyone skips this.
A written message from approved copy. Prospects who never accepted get an InMail or an Open Profile message instead.
We answer the first questions, qualify against your criteria, and hand over the booked call. No lead sits unanswered.
Logged daily, per profile — plus a weekly summary and a monthly call to retune targeting and messaging.
Your dashboard
This is the real tool, not a mockup — the Lead Tracker we built to run our own outreach and now hand to every client. Every action is logged as it happens, so outreach stops being a black box you pay for and becomes a channel you can read.

Leads, messaged, replies, interested, meetings, projects won — connected counted separately from messaged.
Where every lead sits, with counts and percentages, so you can see exactly where people stall.
LinkedIn vs email, plus connected leads not messaged yet — the number most agencies never show you.
Saved, contacted, replied, won or lost, day by day. A slow week is visible while it is still a slow week.
Everything due or overdue, surfaced each morning. This is what stops warm threads going cold.
Messaging variants tested against each other, so improvements come from data rather than opinion.
The numbers
A single managed profile sustains 700 connection requests a month at safe manual pace. Roughly half accept — and on top of that we reach people by InMail and through Open Profiles, which is how one profile lands 490 real conversations without ever touching an automation tool. Move the slider to see what that turns into as you put more of your team's profiles to work.

Volumes are what one managed profile actually sustains in a month at safe, manual pace. Conversion rates are the ones we work to — your real numbers depend on your offer, your market, and how strong your profile already is. Need more than 5 profiles? Get in touch.

Included with the plan
Serious outreach needs Sales Navigator and Premium Business behind it — that is where the search filters, the lead lists and the InMail credits come from. Take a managed profile and we provide both at 50% off LinkedIn's own list price. The links go straight to LinkedIn, so you can check the real price yourself.
The search layer your operator works from — advanced filters, saved lead lists, and the InMail credits the outreach plan runs on.

Prices shown are LinkedIn's published USD monthly list price at the time of writing — if LinkedIn moves theirs, your half stays half. The discount runs for as long as the profile is managed with us.

Questions
No. Every connection request, comment, and message is sent by a person, from a normal browser session. That is the entire point of the service — the safety comes from there being no automation to detect.
We work well inside normal human limits on daily volume and we warm a new profile up gradually rather than starting at full speed. We can’t make a guarantee on LinkedIn’s behalf, but manual activity at human volume is the lowest-risk way to run outreach.
We agree the access method with you before we start, and it stays under your control — you can revoke it at any time and see every message that was sent from the profile. We also buy a dedicated IP in your own country and work the profile only from that IP, so LinkedIn never sees the account being accessed from two different locations, which is one of the main things that gets accounts flagged.
Yours. We draft the messaging together, you approve it, and your operator adapts it per prospect. Nothing goes out in a voice you haven’t signed off on.
700 connection requests a month — a safe manual pace we can hold indefinitely without tripping any limits. At the rates we work to, that lands around 20 booked meetings and 2–3 new clients per profile per month. Adding profiles multiplies those numbers directly.
Month one is deliberately slower. We don’t send 700 connection requests straight away — first we optimise the profile, then we start outreach gradually and build the pace up from there. From month two onwards the profile runs at full volume and holds it. So give this channel at least two to three months before you judge it: that is realistically how long it takes for the first clients to close. Acceptances show up in the first week, replies and conversations build over the following weeks, and it compounds from there.
300 USD per profile per month, billed monthly. No long lock-in. Running several profiles gets you a per-profile breakdown in one dashboard — talk to us about pricing from three profiles up.
Yes. Profiles can be added at any time, and a paused profile keeps its dashboard history so you don’t lose the numbers when you restart.
Tell me who you want to reach and I'll show you the dashboard, the daily motion, and what the first month would look like for your team.
